"All within" serves as the concept and design ethos for this remarkable rental building in Williamsburg's heart.

Leonard Pointe is a residential project focused on creating a harmonious blend of modern design and sustainable living. My role involved shaping the user experience, ensuring that each space was both functional and inviting. I emphasised thoughtful layouts and integrated sustainable elements, resulting in a community-oriented environment where residents can truly feel at home.

The project encompassed the development of the building's branding identity, the interior design of a model unit, professional photography, multimedia, and web design. We collaborated with Durunkan Design Architecture for the building design, Charles Ackstine CMA DESIGNS for web programming, From the Source for Furniture Design, and Fiddler Realty, a real estate company based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
